U Thaw Zin Win is an entrepreneur and engineer with a strong vision for transforming education through innovation and global collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), combining technical expertise with strategic management skills.

In addition to his leadership role at Genius Bee Education, he also serves as Business Development Director of Daishin Engineering Pte Ltd (Singapore), specializing in marine automation and engineering solutions. His diverse background enables him to bring global standards of efficiency, structure, and technology into the education sector.

Daw Inginn Nwe

Daw Inginn Nwe is a passionate educator and visionary leader dedicated to empowering young learners through innovative and holistic education. With over a decade of experience in academic management and child development, she co-founded Genius Bee Education to create a nurturing environment where every child can discover their unique potential.

Her leadership has guided Genius Bee to become one of Myanmar’s leading learning centers, offering international programs such as Singapore Math, English Olympiad training, and Brain Development courses. Known for her creative approach to teaching and her deep commitment to quality education, Daw Inginn Nwe continues to inspire both students and teachers to aim higher every day.
